Q) Are any official documents required of hotel guests?
A) Yes. Upon arrival at the hotel, guests are required to present a valid and official document of personal identity (ID card, passport, driving licence).
Q) How far is the hotel from the beach?
A) The hotel is very close to the beach (only 3 minutes' walk!)
Q) Are services and facilities on the beach (umbrellas, chairs, huts, etc.) included in the Full Board price?
A) Huts on the beach are made available by the hotel free of charge, whereas other services and facilities (umbrellas, chairs, etc.) are not included in the Full Board price, but have to be paid for separately to the local beach attendant.
Q) What does "Full Board treatment" mean?
A) Full Board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner (besides the room, of course!) and also service and tax.
Q) Are beverages included?
A) Rates do not include beverages.
Q) Is it possible to receive Half Board treatment?
A) Yes. That would only include breakfast and dinner and 3.00 Euro on the FB rate. HB treatment should be requested when booking.
Q) Are there safety boxes in the rooms?
A) Yes. All rooms are equipped with modern safety boxes where you can leave your money and valuables. The service is included in the Full Board price.
Q) If I do not have lunch in the hotel because I am out visiting some place, do I get some kind of price reduction or reimbursement?
A) FB treatment is based on all-in prices that cannot be reduced, but you can request a packed meal when going on a sightseeing tour.
Q) Are only cash payments accepted?
A) No, checks are also accepted provided that they are deposited upon arrival in the hotel or at least one week prior to departure. Failing these conditions, the hotel direction may decide not to accept checks.
Q) Is it possible to deposit money with the hotel direction?
A) Yes, including gold and/or other valuables. The service is free of charge.
Q) What time do I have to leave the room free at the end of my holiday?
A) By 10 a.m.
Q) Do you prepare baby food?
A) Yes, baby food can be prepared on request.

A) Yes, we have an outdoor parking lot.
